You can delete your MyTurn customer account and the personal information linked to it at any time. You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out. If you have a turn in a queue right now or an upcoming appointment, the app asks you to cancel it or wait until it is finished first.
If you no longer have the app, email dmartinez@myturnapp.app with the subject Delete my MyTurn account and include:
To protect your account, we confirm that you own that phone number (for example, by sending a one-time code by SMS to it) before deleting anything. We complete verified requests within 30 days and reply to you by email when it is done.
Your past visits, appointments, and queue records stay in each barbershop's records for its business reporting, but your name and phone number are removed from them. Reviews you left keep only the star rating and the comment, and are shown as "Former client". This information can no longer be linked to you.
Twilio (our SMS provider) keeps its own message delivery logs for the period set in its own policies.
