MyTurn is a SaaS (Software as a Service) queue and appointment management platform for barbershops. The platform includes:
Barbershops subscribe to MyTurn on a monthly basis. End users do not pay to use MyTurn.
MyTurn sends transactional SMS notifications to our registered users about their queue status. Customers register directly with MyTurn at our own check-in kiosk, and separately choose whether to receive queue notifications by ticking an optional consent checkbox on that kiosk. Registering and consenting are two distinct actions: a customer can join the waiting line without consenting to SMS. MyTurn collects and stores that consent itself, as the business that sends the messages.
